Description

There’s a delicious briny quality to this wine hailing from a balanced vintage in which freshness and depth work in perfect counterpoint. Vibrant and characterful with smoked paprika, roasted peppers, wild oregano and rocket, piercing a deep layer of plum, fresh figs and black and green olives. Lovely perfumed notes (sandal, incense) play in the background. Beautiful, chiselled tannins. Long finish with lingering pink and white pepper, roasted coffee beans, fig leaf, and a zesty tail of pink grapefruit. Drinking window: 2024-2041. Score – 95.
