Winemaker Jochen Dreissigacker is a leading name in the exciting wave of young winemakers who have been shaking up Germany’s wine industry over the last decade. This Riesling was fermented with wild yeast over a four-week period and then aged in stainless steel. It’s ageworthy, drinkable and floral, with citrus, honey and sharply defined mineral notes. It’s capable of drinking for another 5+ years.
