Dr. Loosen Blue Slate Riesling Kabinett 2021

Description

This pale straw-colored Riesling from the Mosel region opens with faint ginger and lime bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with moderate brisk acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and bright. The flavor profile is a lemon-lime and chalky minerality blend with notes of white peach. I also detected hints of ginger and orange zest in the after taste. The finish is semi-sweet and refreshing. This Kabinett level Riesling would pair well with curry chicken skewers. Enjoy.
