The 2023 Grüner Veltliner Terrassen Federspiel is from terraced sites only across the Wachau and made in stainless steel with a small proportion of skin-fermented grapes. Subtle herbal savor recalls fresh hay and some dried yarrow, edged with dried lemon. Roundness and juiciness define the smooth palate, which also brings this herbal vibe alongside yellow and green pear, with textural elements of russet pear peel. It is fresh, fluid, and savory.
