Description

The 2021 Puligny-Montrachet Les Caillerets 1er Cru has a perfumed, mineral-driven nose that is one of the best amongst de Montille’s whites: tensile and brimming with vivacity. The palate is taut and fresh on the entry, lime and grapefruit merging into slightly more tropical fruit towards the finish, but the tension is here throughout. This is a triumph given the season.
