Description

Chardonnay is the most prominent white grape in Burgundy, but small villages will offer the lesser-known Aligoté for the adventurous looking for a full wine with subtle flavours. Crafted by the celebrated winemaker Stéphane Brocard, this wine is lovely and well-structured, with notes of quince, cashew, and white tea followed by a smoky finish.
