The 2019 Optima spent 20 months in 225-liter French oak barrels, with 30% first fill. This vintage, composed of 37% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon and 28% Cabernet Franc, offers a dusty, red-fruited profile with mineral-laced undertones and subtle floral notes. It expresses a complex, expressive character, combining the best of both Old and New World styles.
