Matured for 20 months in 60% new French oak, the medium ruby colored 2020 Cabernet Franc Signature Viking Vineyard offers pure aromas of red and black currants, cigar box, graphite, cedar and thyme. The full-bodied palate is grainy and fresh with a deep core of savory, pleasantly herbal fruits and a long, layered finish. 287 cases were produced, and it will be released in the spring of 2023.
