Mac Forbes Yarra Valley Chardonnay 2022

Description

A few hours of skin contact before being fermented and matured in mainly seasoned barriques and left on gross lees until bottling. A bright green gold. White peach and orchard fruits are complemented by a little orange blossom and gently grilled nuts. And while this has the Mac Forbes DNA of being tightly wound with crunchy acidity, the palate is still gently textured, poised and balanced. Drink from: 2022. Drink by: 2026. Score – 93.
