Description

Half of the fruit for this wine comes from the Dunnigan Hills, with the rest from carefully selected vineyards in areas such as the San Joaquin Valley, Yolo and Napa Valley. It shows layered dark fruit, cassis, chocolate, vanilla, oak spice, and fragrant spices like nutmeg. The producer suggests pairing it with rosemary braised lamb shanks, or filet mignon with a rich balsamic glaze.
