This delicious take on South Africa’s signature white wine comes from bush-trained vines planted in gravel and cooled by breezes from False Bay. Aged on the lees for four months, it saw only minimal fining in order to maintain the primary apple and peach flavours. It’s juicy, tight and fresh, with bold acidity and a profound minerality.
