Fresh and elegant, this Lacryma Christi is produced using 80% Falanghina and 20% Coda di Volpe. It is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks for almost five months. Expect white peach and citrus fruit aromas with a light minerality and a refreshing mouthfeel. It is ideal as an aperitif or with antipasti and seafood.
