Description

The grapes are grown in the Ottawa Valley where they are hand-selected for fermentation and aged in French oak barrels. Pale garnet colour. The nose shows red berry fruit with delicate floral, earth and spice notes. Bright fruit and acidity on the palate with elegant soft tannins and oak. Pair with mushroom risotto.
