Description

The Canadian oak used to craft this fan favourite is sourced from trees grown along the Grand River in Ontario, and the grapes are hand-picked and fermented using native wild yeasts. Expect complex suggestions of campfire smoke, pine cone, golden russet apple and yellow plum, and savour the wine alongside pork chops and baked beans, or carnitas with smoky cheddar and apple slaw.
