Conundrum White 2023

Description

This white gold colored White Blend from California opens with a lemon-lime and green apple bouquet with hints of Bosc pear. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with integrated acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced and round. The flavor profile is a green apple and almond blend with notes of white peach. I also detected hints of grapefruit pith and saline in the after taste. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. This versatile white wine would complement many dishes. I would try it with fish n’ chips. Enjoy. Score – 89.5.
