1. How long does the delivery process take?

Our usual wait time is 40 to 60 minutes, but during peak hours it may take longer. The delivery can also be scheduled for when it is most convenient for you! (We’re always on the go!)

2. How much does the delivery cost?

Our base delivery fee starts at $7.99 + GST/HST. Larger orders, however, may incur additional charges. – anything over 3×24 bottles of beer and or 12 bottles of wine or spirits.

3. How can I pay for my delivery?

Cash, debit and any major credit cards are all accepted at the door upon delivery. We also offer contactless payment options on our website!

4. What if I am outside of your delivery radius?

Not to worry! If you notify us in advance, deliveries can be made anywhere within reasonable driving distance! – (We’ll get it there – if there’s a will, there is always a way!)

5. Is there a minimum order?

No, you can order as much or as little as you want! (We got your back!)

6. Do you charge more for the products I'm ordering?

No, customers pay the same as they would if they were shopping at the LCBO or The Beer Store themselves. Just let us do the shopping for you!

7. How old do I have to be to place an order?

By law, you must be 19+ years old to place and/or receive your delivery order. We ID!

8. Is it legal for you to deliver alcohol?

Yes, its legal! We are required by law to be licensed by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario. In addition, all our delivery drivers are smart serve certified so that they can provide the safest service possible!

9. Can I get a refund if I ordered the wrong product?

Yes, we will gladly refund or exchange any product we deliver. However, an additional delivery fee will apply!

10. I don't live in Ottawa; can I send a gift?

Of course you can! We are more than happy to schedule a gift delivery for you. We can even wrap it and add a personalized card to your gift for a small fee!
