The 2021 Caberlot is a wine of mind-blowing intensity, complexity and nuance. Red cherry, plum, orange peel, spice, licorice, cedar and new leather are some of the many notes that grace this exquisite, resonant wine. It’s hard to remember many vintages in which Caberlot has this much fruit intensity, aromatic explosiveness and freshness. It is a riveting, absolutely stunning wine from the Rogosky family. Even with all of its intensity, the 2021 is not a huge nor opulent wine, but rather, it is the wine’s energy and intense minerality that really stand out.
