Sidewood Stablemate Cabernet Sauvignon 2023

Description

This is a delicious cabernet sauvignon, aged 18 months in French oak, that delivers quality from attack to finish. Look for defined and layered flavours, with dark berries leading the way and attractive spicy notes following up. The fruit-acid balance is very good, and the tannins are drying and easily managed.
