Description

This wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel, with a small percentage matured in oak to add greater complexity and depth. It shows layered blueberry, sour cherry, toast, oak spice, dark chocolate, and silky tannins. Approachable and easy to enjoy, it will go well with smoked sausage or a rich, earthy mushroom soup.
